现阶段所采用的跟踪方法对后继帧视频图像目标跟踪存在跟踪效果不理想、跟踪效率较低等问题。提出基于视觉传达的后继帧视频图像目标跟踪方法。利用图像差分方法获取视频图像运动目标可能出现的区域,并对这个区域视频图像目标进行运动估计,采用形态学方法来降低聚类区域的数量,得到后继帧视频图像目标区域;采用均值漂移法估计后继帧视图像核概率密度,对后继帧视频图像进行分割处理,找出后继帧视频图像目标区域最显著的特征,通过迭代运算找到目标位置,实现目标跟踪。实验结果表明,所提算法具有较好的后继帧视频图像跟踪效果、并且跟踪效率较高,具有一定的应用价值。  相似文献

随着科学技术的发展,粮食行业信息化发展得到了强有力的科技支撑。为满足粮库整体信息化建设的要求,打破"信息孤岛"现状,实现资源整合、数据共享,为大数据分析和数据应用提供数据基础,设计一款能够实时采集粮仓内温湿度、氧气、二氧化碳气体浓度、粮堆高度的数据集成系统。系统采用分层分布式结构,由数据集中器和多种传感器模块组成,数据集中器与各传感器模块间通过RS485总线进行数据通讯,并由数据集中器通过网络专线传输汇总的环境监测数据,通过专用软件进行数据处理和挖掘,从而实现粮仓环境监测和预警等功能。  相似文献

With the growing availability of hand-held cameras in recent years, more and more images and videos are taken at any time and any place. However, they usually suffer from undesirable blur due to camera shake or object motion in the scene. In recent years, a few modern video deblurring methods are proposed and achieve impressive performance. However, they are still not suitable for practical applications as high computational cost or using future information as input. To address the issues, we propose a sequentially one-to-one video deblurring network (SOON) which can deblur effectively without any future information. It transfers both spatial and temporal information to the next frame by utilizing the recurrent architecture. In addition, we design a novel Spatio-Temporal Attention module to nudge the network to focus on the meaningful and essential features in the past. Extensive experiments demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art deblurring methods, both quantitatively and qualitatively, on various challenging real-world deblurring datasets. Moreover, as our method deblurs in an online manner and is potentially real-time, it is more suitable for practical applications.  相似文献

Despite the benefits of EHRs (Electronic Health Records), there is a growing concern over the risks of privacy exposure associated with the technologies of EHR storing and transmission. To deal with this problem, a time-aware searchable encryption with designated server is proposed in this paper. It is based on Boneh's public key encryption with keyword search and Rivest's timed-release cryptology. Our construction has three features: the user cannot issue a keyword search query successfully unless the search falls into the specific time range; only the authorized user can generate a valid trapdoor; only the designated server can execute the search. Applying our scheme in a multi-user environment, the number of the keyword ciphertexts would not increase linearly with the number of the authorized users. The security and performance analysis shows that our proposed scheme is securer and more efficient than the existing similar schemes.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The time displacement hypothesis has been widely used to explain the effects of media use on academic performance. This approach has been criticised for its monocausality and weak explanatory power. Utilising a combination of different theoretical perspectives is better suited than utilising only one. Considering displacement, excitement, attraction and third variable hypothesis, this paper argues that the relation between video game use and school performance is not the same for all types of gamers by considering the influence of socioeconomic, psychological and contextual factors. It investigates how gaming patterns (frequency, time of day) and psychological characteristics (sensation seeking, aggression) are related to academic performance for primary and secondary school students. Five hundred and seven students from five primary and four secondary schools in Singapore participated in a paper-pencil survey. Results showed support for a combination of displacement and third variable hypothesis, as overall time spent on video games was negatively associated with primary school children’s and active gamers’ school performances. There was no significant relationship for secondary school children. For primary school children who play games in the morning and afternoon, video game use was negatively associated with school performance. There was no support for the attraction and excitement hypotheses.  相似文献

Anomaly detection and location in crowded scenes have attracted a lot of attention in computer vision research community recently due to the increased applications of intelligent surveillance improve security in public. We propose a novel parallel spatial-temporal convolution neural networks model to detect and localize the abnormal behavior in video surveillance. Our approach contains two main steps. Firstly, considering the typical position of camera and the large number of background information, we introduce a novel spatial-temporal cuboid of interest detection method with varied-size cell structure and optical flow algorithm. Then, we use the parallel 3D convolution neural networks to describe the same behavior in different temporal-lengths. That step ensures that the most of behavior information in cuboids could be captured, also insures the reduction of information unrelated to the major behavior. The evaluation results on benchmark datasets show the superiority of our method compared to the state-of-the-art methods.  相似文献

Rate-distortion optimization (RDO) is conventionally based on the analysis of rate-distortion (R-D) curve to minimize the coding distortion under the coding bits constraint. However, it is necessary to consider the computational complexity in the RDO process. In this paper, we obtain the Confidence LEvel - Computational complexity (CLEC) curves which indicate the characteristics of coding tree units (CTUs). Based on the CLEC curves, a rate-distortion-complexity optimization (RDCO) algorithm is proposed to optimize R-D under given computational complexity and achieve the optimal coding performance for x265. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can achieve a wide range of encoding speed under a given quantization parameter (QP) whereas the original x265 can only achieve a few fixed encoding speeds, and the proposed algorithm can reduce the BD-rate and increase the BD-PSNR by 6.59% and 0.13 dB on average under the same requirements of encoding speeds as the original x265.  相似文献
